La Chiesa è caratterizzata da grande cupola che ispira all’antica Roma.
Dedicata Karlskirke e a San Carlo Borromeo, arcivescovo di Milano e Santo Protettore dei Malati di Peste.

Per raggiungere Karlskirke è possibile prendere la metropolitana e scendere a Karlsplatz.
